Once your child begins at Pre-School you will be invoiced for their fees on a half termly basis. An invoice is sent out usually two weeks into the term and then fees are due two weeks later. As a charity run, non-profit making organisation it is essential that fees are paid on time. Our Treasurer works on a voluntary basis and prompt payment ensures the treasurer’s role can be completed on time and efficiently.
Costs will depend on individual needs and the management committee strives to keep these costs to a minimum. As stated above we operate as a non-profit making organisation and the following can be used as a guide to what you could potentially pay per session. The costs are split into funded and non funded (see under Free nursery education for 3 and 4 year olds in Warwickshire below) morning sessions, lunch club and afternoon sessions. The times of these sessions can be found on our opening times page.
Unfunded Child Session
Morning Session (9:00 to 12:00) – £12.00
Afternoon Session (12:00 to 15:00) – £12.00
If your child is entitled to government funding these costs will be reduced, dependent on how many funded hours you utilise. If you require further information and guidance on cost them please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also offer (these times are not funded);
Early Bird (08:30 to 09:00) £2.50
Lunch time (12:00 to 13:00) £4.00 (morning session children only)
Late afternoon (15:00 to 15:30) £2.50
How Can You Make Payment?
We accept fee payments in several ways:
- Direct Payment into the Pre-School bank account (details are on your invoice)
- Child Care Vouchers – speak to your employer about these as they can save you a lot of money. You can find further information at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/calcs/ccin.htm. We accept payments from several providers just let us know whom your Employer uses.
- Cheque or Cash
If you would like to make arrangements to pay your fees over two months in the term or weekly please do not hesitate to contact our Treasurer. We understand if you need to make alternative arrangements and will be happy to accommodate your needs.
We reserve the right to charge you a fee of £20 if your fees are late.
